Related 2 Comments Impressed by the demo at Broadcast India 2010, we went ahead and bought a Quadro FX5000 and installed it on a Corei7 machines with 12GB RAM, expecting super performance atleast on a simple DV Pal 25 project. However, that didn’t happen, anything on the timeline except for DV PAL capture including images will ask for render leave alone effect. After seeing this video we tried to go and change the project setting, however despite the card being installed in the system the playback option shows software only and is disabled. Can someone pls help. We spent a piggy bank on this card and we are still at square 1. Shalibhadra, There are 2 things that you might need to do :- 1) We added support for the new FERMI cards in our recent free update which can be downloaded here :- http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=98&platform=Windows 2) Make sure you install the CUDA drivers from Nvidia here :- http://developer.nvidia.com/object/cuda_3_2_toolkit_rc.html Let me know if this works for you.
